bad annoying service at hi store in waterfront
Hi store in waterfront am so disappointed with their service my man took his phone 2 month ago for repairs and his been going there for feedback in a extent of living his mobile number for them to contact him... and they never .. yesterday we went there again and finally they told us the phone can not be repairs coz it's physical damage and it's gonna cost him around R300 to bring it back what is ****ing me off why they were silent all the time why the never get back to him and now the 1 week old phone can not be repairs after they kept the phone for 2 full months
