BAD AND RUDE SERVICE

I would like clarity regarding the terms and conditions regarding cosmetic returns, last I bought makeup I wanted to return I know if it was open it was going to be another story so today I went to Foschini in Germiston I was attended by the rude consultant said I can return I asked she rep**** just'' check the back of your slip ''i told her but i hear you but the product is not opened i understand if it was open i was going to be in fault she rep**** take to the shop were you bought it in Chris Hani mall in vosloorus , so i asked another lady from the shop if i can have the name of the person who was rude they rep**** they are not allowed to give out the name it's company policy which i was confused if i want to report bad or good services were do i go? i was told she is the manager .. i have been with the Foschini group for a long but after this, I'm referring this to hellpeter so people can see how the customers are being brutally abuse and handled, is it because of my color or what? because i bet if the color of the skin was different from mine they would have assisted, I'm not returning the product i wanted to exchange the product for better color, and mind you it's not opened yet
