BAD ACCOUNTS MANGEMENT

<p>I am so tired of Foshini Group, I've had my account with them for about 7 years and have spent thousands of rands at the variois stores. I have never defaulted on my account. I get paid on the 11th/12th of the month and arrangements have been made countless times that payment will be made in store at this time of the month. Yet, EVERY month I receive these SMS's, threatening me with collection costs if immediate payment is not made, and there have been months where I have been charged penalties for late payment. I cannot express how SICK and tired I am of this, and as of now intend paying this account up and closing it. Infact, I am just about ready to contact the ombudsman for the penalties unfairly incurred and the negative scoring this has on my credit rating. If Foshini Group does not rectify this issue TODAY, I will be escalting my complaint.</p> <p>The SMS I keep receiving: FINAL REMINDER:Failure to pay your OVERDUE FOSCHINI acc************************ will incur collection costs.Please pay R1220 IMMEDIATELY.Call ********** 560.NCRCP36</p> <p>Tired of it.</p> <p>T.P Luff</p>
