BAD ACCOUNTING. VERY BAD
I have contacted head office via "contact us" and not even the courtesy of a response! That is bad. I have had an account with Foschini for over 30 years, so quite frankly I should have been offered shares ... however, first sms received 18/1/18 "Total due R46,48". Next 16/2/18 "Total due R10,00". 16/3/18 "Total due R0,00". What is this? What normal person sends a text message wasting money if the balance is nil??? I still owe over R10 000,00 - clearly the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Acc No. for their ease of reference: 001 ********** ********** 50. I also DO NOT need reminders to pay. I am 57 years old, old school who knows right from wrong and have NEVER missed a single month's payment. STOP SENDING ME TEXT MESSAGES and have the decency to respond to customer's queries.
