Bad account service
<p>I have a Fochini account. I used to get a n account by mail. For several months I do not get a monthly account. I pay all my accounts at month end, but I never have a Fochini account, with the result that I never know what my balance is or how much to pay. However the last few months I get a threatening sms around the 10th of the month stating my account is in arrears. I complained about this before. I have been living at the same address since 2000, so they cannot say they do not have my address.</p> <p>Account no. ********** 00 09 ********** 6</p>
