Good day All ,I saw a pair of boots online that was on special ,I called the Germiston branch near me but they told me they don't do IBT anymore.I went on the Bash website and saw a pair of boots at Riversdale mall ,which is 235 kms from me ,The lovely Ayanda Mnisi ,took her time to search for the boots and promised to call me back.She called back and promised to IBT it to Germiston .She was patient and very helpful.May God Bless her and Bash ,this is the service we all need in South Africa .Thank you sweet Ayanda ,you made my day .May God bless you.
