On Friday 11 December 2015 I went to the cosmetics department in Foschini Hartswater. I asked for assistance with getting a product that they don't keep in stock at the branch, from another branch in Kimberley. There were 2 ladies who helped me and I was told that they can not help me with my request as they do not do inter-branch transfers anymore because the people does not come back to collect what was ordered. Otherwise there is a R50 non refundable charge that I must pay to get the item from there to here. But they don't really do this anymore for customers.
