Awful experience at N1 City Foschini

N1 City Foschini, please send your staff on proper training. Firstly, your underwear section is a complete mess - very untidy and messy, cluttered and disorganized..secondly, your staff need proper coaching and training on how to treat customers when anomalies such as loadshedding occur. On 8 December, just after 14:00, customers were demanded (felt like we were being scolded at like children) to vacate the store within seconds after the lights went out. While I am sure none of us were planning on attempting to shop in the dark, and most probably anyone with two brain cells would then logically want to leave the store, I did not appreciate the total disrespect with which your staff addressed us (while already on our way towards the exit) to rush us out the doors..Perhaps enquire of the Canal Walk branch how to treat (and keep) customers, or I am sure I won’t be the last customer your branch loses..
