AWESOME SERVICE MADE MY DAY!!

On Saturday I bought a new phone (Samsung) and the staff were extremely helpful. On Monday I went back to the store as I thought the battery of my phone was faulty. (I first went to the \Samsung\" store and they said I should just send it in and it will take 5 - 7 days to fix!! I only had the phone 2 days!!) I went back to Foschini and the young lady at the till (Ruth) who had helped me get it started when I bought it helped me again. Well, she was so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful and it was not the battery of my phone at all, the setting for the brightness on my screen was chewing my battery!!! She also helped me with quite a few other things I was not sure of - what a pleasure to have customer service at its best and she is not even a phone saleslady!!! (Needless to say, your lady could help me and the person that works for the company of the phone I bought could not help me!!)
