Attempting to Close my Foschini Account

I [aid up my foschini ccount on the 27th Jan 2023 and sent a mail with POP attached asking them to close my account.

I receoved a confirmation mail with a reference number and assumed that meant it was being dealt with.

Oh NO!!!! I am now being harassed because my account is 2 month in arrears and they have listed my account on Credit Bureau as non payment.

I have subsequently sent 3 more mails with ZERO NO response and tried calling a few times and hold on for ages.

This is all for an amount of R149 of charges over the past 3 months.

I am fuming. Disgusting customer service or actually non service
