@Home quick to sell but try returning something
On Black Friday I purchased a Nespresso machine online using SnapScan. The machine was defective and I emailed head office (Foschini Group) informing them of such and they instructed me to take the unit to my closest @Home store. I spent 40 minutes at the Centurion store where the manager Ma***o tried unsuccessfully to help me - I left the unit there. It appears that the Foschini group is a bit of a dinosaur where they have a flimsy online presence, but as soon as you try to return an item or use a "fancy" payment mechanism the wheels fall off.
If you return an item and have the paper work a refund should not be an issue - but with @Home and TFG it is a real pain.
My request is simply this that I am refunded my money so that I can purchase a different unit from a supplier where refunds and support are simply a click away.
