I would like to thank Ronel and Louell at the Foschini Branch Waverly Plaza who assisted me with my problem with regards to my ID. Foschini responded very quickly to my query and these two assistants actually cared and were very friendly and helpful. I would also like to thank Agnes who assisted me on the phone when arriving at the branch on Friday. Very professional. If anyone ever have any problems with Foschini, go to the Waverly Plaza branch, you won't be disappointed. I am a very happy Foschini customer again;-)
