Area Manager claims it's "her store"

<p>I have sent an email on the 28th of June 2016 to the Foschini Group Complaint Department. Reguarding an incident that took place in a foschini store with an area manager. After threatning me in her office. She allegedly chased me out the store, I clearly remember she shouted " get out of my store"! She was very discourteous , yelled and threatenened me . All of this Over my personal Facebook account, on a status that I had updated on my "personal " profile. The company name or image had never be mentioned . She tarnished me infront of her staff and the store manager , as a rightful customer I feel this was UNACCEPTABLE. People should know about how customers/staff get treated by those who call themselves managers. Sometimes I wonder if this position gives power , the power to treat people badly!<br />The Foschni Group have not responded yet? Its almost 2weeks already, this is absolutely ridiculous!</p>
