Applying for an account is extremely difficult and frustrating

I was invited to apply for a Markham Card. I did so approximately 3 weeks ago. The process was easy as i did it via whatsapp. I then sent my documents via whatsapp. A couple of days later i received an sms asking for my docs. I then sent them to ***. I then received an sms to say i am provisionally approved and that i will receive a call letting me know where to collect my card. This has never happened. I then phoned in to ask about it and they asked for my documents again. I then resent these to *** with my ID in the subject line. I keep getting sms saying that my offer is going to expire. I emailed their newaccountqueries email address and received advice that i should visit a branch and get them to phone accounts. Why is this so difficult to get right with Foschini? I used to have an american swiss account with them and back then it was a pleasure applying. It now almost seems impossible. Please help!
