Appalling Service

On the 6th of June I went to Donna Claire in forest hill and purchased a number of items, 4 of the items that I bought didn't fit and I needed to exchange it, I went to Centurion Mall during my lunch time on Friday 12th June to exchange the items. The Donna-Claire didn't have all the items that I wanted so I took other Items that I liked. The lady at the till - I assume she is the manager (as they called her for authorization) looked at the items which were still new and had the tags on and insisted that the items has been washed, but was indicating that the items were washed to the other cashier and not to me. I was appalled at the service I was getting, and she deliberately chose not to speak directly to me and insult me indirectly. I continuously protested that the items didn't fit but she chose to ignore me while she spoke to the other cashier. If that lady is the manager it's really scary because she is clearly unprofessional. I spend allot of money at Donna-Claire and I pay my account really well. The lady made me feel like a ******** and I was incredibly disappointed, it has bothered me so much that I had to report this on Hello Peter.
