Appalling service

I'm very disappointed on the service I received and I feel that Foschini is ripping people off. I called customer service on the 21/10/19 requesting assistance regarding my account that is billed with R24.99 for Mobi soccer and Mobi gaming that I didn't even sing up for since from last year. I spoke to Wendy who gave me reference ***A5 and said she will escalate my query as I requested my account to be credited however I have not received feedback since.
