Appalling Service

Foschini Pinecrest - I am disappointed with the service received, I would rate this store zero, if I could , I went in store to collect a card and the consultant (I believe her name is Tenisha) she was doing the verification using my ID which she rudely questioned by asking her colleagues if the picture actually looked like me- Very unprofessional ! halfway through this query a Mr Price delivery man came in with a personal delivery for her, she ignored me for 15 mins while she dealt with her own personal issues regarding the delivery. I eventually took my ID off her desk and walked away. Her lack of interest is SHOCKING. Foschini Pinecrest PLEASE DO BETTER!
