APPALLING SERVICE!!!

I don't know this person's name but it wasn't Wiedaad. Wiedaad was absolutely incredible. This is just to state how useless the lady that assisted me was earlier. She could not even explain the terms of the 3-for-2 promotion. She only kept stating how stupid I must be when I wanted to exchange one item from the bundle I bought yesterday . She kept on saying if you buy 3 items "automatically you should know that you have to return all 3 and if not you get your money back that way you don't lose and the business doesn't lose." All this was said while pointing to her head (like you do when you are insulting someone). All I wanted was for her to tell me how this works and for her to be willing to assist me sort this out without making feel like a fool. She was very unhelpful and was not willing to give me the shirt back, stating that that would be a lengthy process, she obviously didn't have the time. She was just not in the mood to help at all. This all happened before 1 pm, I thought it was a bit early to be as tired as she was. Please move this lady from where she works, she should not be working with clients face-to-face.
