Appalling Service

HELLO<br> <br> I Called in on the 09th of February 2016 on these number *** regarding my account that i wanted a settlement letter ,spoke to Leeane Johnnes about what i wanted her tone was VERY RUDE not professional at all she as if i was wasting her time while i was the one who called in, not to call free number for to act the the way she she did and when i asked her for her name she says no but i already gave you my name n asked her surname she blatantly refused and said what are you going to do with my surname and asked for a manager n she there are no managers they manage themselves managers get to work late and the call was at 14h15 or so, and the sarcasm and undermining in her was appalling,is this how you train your employees to be rude on paying customer THAT GILR SHOULD NOT BE ON CALLS PERIOD,I WONDER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DOES SHE TREAT DIS WAY AND NOT SAY A WORD
