Appalling customer service

Worse customer service ever. I bought items online in June, 1item delivered was not the item purchased, 2 items were never delivered but I was billed for it. I have called numerous times, sent tons of emails but not assistance up to date. Last week I received another wrong item on another order, phoned them but no assistance
