Appalling customer service

Foschini Elof street Johannesburg service is so appalling that to them it feels like a norm to not have customer service at all. Yesterday and today was not the first times I have had just a bad experience with the outlet, there's no sense of urgency and they knowingly waste your time. My friend and I went to buy jeans and sandals yesterday and asked one of the shop assistant to check for other sizes which he didn't show any interest and told us there are no sizes and to order from another store might take 5 to 7 working days for the shoes. Today we went back to have the shoes sent to their store and look for another jean size at another store, only to find out their system shows they had the size of the jeans we wanted but according to them wasn't in stock after they have sent us from pillar to post amongst each other. Till this time m not sure if they found the shoes since they promised to call back when they find them and if they also lie to customers about what their system has vs what is the store. Foschini has been one of my preferred good quality brand store, but the service I constantly receive from that store m starting to question the brand itself.
