Appalled by the cancellation of my order when items are still available to be purchased on the online store

Absolutely disappointed by the service I received. During the Black Friday weekend , I had made an order of numerous items from Foschini. I did not receive any correspondence from them at all until today which is almost 2 weeks later. Foschini cancelled my order, claiming there is no stock that could be sourced for me, however the exact same items are still on the site, now at full price. If the items were in fact out of stock it would have been stated on the site.

This is absolutely ridiculous and Foschini has thus lost a loyal customer.
