Apalling staff attitude
<p>I visited your store today and was disgusted with the staff attitude today esoecially "LERATO" by the fitting room. The reason i put the name in inverted commas is because they do not have name tags and for all i know she gave me the wrong name. I urge you to look at todays footage at about 11:55 to 12:05. She was having a very loud conversatiin with 5 other staff members, totally ignored us trying to get a number to fit clothing...we went in a few times and she wasnt doing her job at all...we took numbers and clothing into fitting rooms ourselves bcos she just ckdnt be bothered. When finished my 75 year old mom said thank u...she flatly ignored my mom...sis man! No manners. No culture. No nothing. Sis</p>
