Apalling Service

I'm quite dissatisfied with the service I've received at Foschini. My bank overpaid my account, so I went to the Southgate Store to get a refund. I submitted the request two months ago, but I still haven't received my payments, and the worst thing is that I have to contact the store every time I need feedback.
