Annoyed black woman

I am super annoyed and upset by the service I got from a gentleman named Sphelele working at Foschini in Gateway. Firstly, I got there and there was no que and he assisted me but he didn't seem to know what he was doing. I asked politely if he is sure that he's doing the right thing and he agrees. I asked this because I was insuring a cellphone so I didn't want any problems should I need to claim, working for insurance as well I know what to look out for. A que starts forming since he's stumbling and I'm told to stand on the side while he assists other clients. I then checked the other paying stations and they were very empty so I was baffled as to why I'm pushed aside, without my permission mind you. After my long wait I finally finish filing in the required documents but nothing about my banking details and sarcasticly I ask him ask if we are done and with a **** smile he agrees. I then ask him how the insurance is going to get the money and he says via my Foschini account. I nearly lost it but I kept calm because I informed him that I do not have an account with the store prior. He started getting irritated with me and gave me a debit order form to fill in of which I did and asked him to make sure that everything is submitted to the insurance department. I then decided to call the insurance division today and to my dismay, my documents were not submitted. I'm so angry because had I not called I wouldnt have known. My question is who would have been at fault if I had a claim since I was given a policy number yet I wasn't insured. Did he do this on purpose ?? Only he can answer that. I always shop at Foschini and never had problems. Is it because I'm not an account holder that I'm not valued?? Was I put aside maybe because what I had to do was not important or that I had so much time to waste waiting for him to finally have the desire to assist me? I'm annoyed to the core that I now have to go back to the store to do this process again because someone failed to do their job.
