ANNOYED!

I have called Foschini group to cancel my airtime contract airtime with them and I was told that it will be cancelled on the 16 th of this month and it is still not cancelled … I even called twice to confirm if it will really be cancelled and they said yes … I am ****ed off because calling them one needs to use airtime .
