I opened a foshini account in 2018 and i had financial problems that lead me not being able to pay the debt and the account was sold to DMC in 2020 which means the account should be prescribed by now ..DMC reopened the account in 2022 and when i call them regarding the account the told me the account its being sold to shapiro shaik lawyers i calleed them tney say i must call TFG group which is foshini and foshini told me the account its no more with them they giving me up and downs and the account its affecting my credit score so bad please help in resolving this issue.
