Amazing service from 'Donna' store in Greenstone!

The last time I bought from 'Donna' was many, many years ago - in fact when they were still 'Donna Claire'! So, a very long time ago. I haven't found their clothing too appealing and also found them quite pricey. But when I saw a Facebook ad for a sale they were having, I took a look and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a few items online and the process was quick and easy. I received my items quickly too - within a couple of days! However, I'd ordered the wrong sizes. The return process wasn't quite as simple as their ordering process, and it was easier to return items to an actual store. So I visited the Donna store in Greenstone today. For whatever reason, it seemed there was some issue refunding to the credit card I'd used, but they were willing to refund to a debit card. However, I said I'd be happy to exchange the items for the correct sizes. I just want to compliment the two lovely ladies who assisted me (I stupidly didn't get their names!). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, and they even told me that next time I should just go straight to them and not bother ordering online! I will certainly do that. Amazing service!!
