Amazed by such patience from a sales person

On Saturday I went with a friend who had visited me from Mafikeng. We were helped by Nelisiwe at the cosmetic counter. She had such perseverance and warmth when giving service. She made us feel like we were the only people in the room, taking her time to leave the till and show us the product we were asking about. Such a professional lady with dignity and grace and doing her job like her life depended on it. I would not forgive myself for not sharing and praising her. Good service is becoming extinct these days but she was a breath of fresh air.
