almost two years cellphone in repairs

bought a cellphone in 2013 payed R2600 for the phone at foschini. Took out insurance . 8 MONTHS LATER the phone gave problems . TOOK it in mtn could not fix it. the phone was taken to finrite insurance. 3 months later phone came back. I payed R250 to get the cellphone back a month later the phone went back ,because the phone was not fixed properly the phone was switching off still. the phone was taken back to finrite insurace. Ive been in and out of foschini since March 2014 im sick and tired my phone lays at the insurance and foschini refuses to do there work and find out whats happening with my cellphone i pay insurance every moth for a phone i last saw march 2014. i just want my money back
