ALMOST MONTHS LATER NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

SO THIS IS THE COMPLAINT I LOGGED ON 30 JUNE 2015 :<br> <br> In 2014 i sent an email to Foschini complaining that my OPENING balance on my Transunion report is reflecting at R19000+. At that time my credit limit was R6000+. They sent an email confirming that this has been sorted. Today i got another report from Transunion as i am trying to buy a house, the OPENING balance is reflecting at R28 532 although my credit with them is only R3500. This is affecting my credit scoring and making it difficult for me to get a home loan. Although i have sent numerous email trying to sort this out and i was assured that it has been sorted. Its still not done, instead it has been increased from R19 000 to R28 532. This is unacceptable. I want this sorted out immediately!<br> <br> 3 MONTHS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE FEEDBACK AFTER I WAS TOLD I WILL BE CONTACTED IN 2 WORKING DAYS. SHOCKING!!!!!
