almost 2 years wait for cellphone

I complained earlier this year for my cellphone that has been at finrite since march 2014. foschini got back to me and said my phone will be repaired and sent back to the shop. on September 25 I received a message my phone is fixed and sent to the phone. I phoned the shop and finrite numerous times still no phone no phone was sent to the shop. im sick beyond sick that I still dnt have a phone I pay every month insurance . I will take this further, just give my money back, I waited to long finrite has breached this contract. im not impressed by there service and foschini tokai service. I wasted so much money phoning finrite and foschini tokai. JUST GIVE MY R2600 back, I don't want a new phone or my phone back.OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER
