All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with checking sizes for you etc, but Bongi, you shone like a star - she carried my heap of clothes as she aided me by being my extra pair of hands and she was like a personal shopper suggesting where I should look, even to a point of her landing me a free gown due to all her knowledge of store specials,. She went on to confirm that I was a rewards member even though I told her I doubt it initially - but she went the extra mile to check it herself.
