After Sales Service is horrific

I bought my Breville Bean to Cup coffee machine from @Home a few years ago. Its tank's water seal perished and I ordered a new seal from @Home Nicolway during October 2016. I got no quote or any response. I followed up bi-monthly to weekly. By January 2017 I still have no quote or replacement seal. My machine got water damaged because of @Home's negligence. I was forced to book the whole machine in for repair on 21 January 2017. After 3 months of phone calls, emails and store visits I still have no quote on the repair of my machine. I raised a customer complaint and received 3 incorrect quotations for other machines within on 24 March 2017. After many phone calls and emails I got the correct quotation on 27 March. Out of desperation I just accepted it and gave go-ahead to repair. I was notified to come and collect my repaired machine at Nicolway @Home on 30 March 2017. I went there on 1 April to find the machine in a terrible state and NOT REPAIRED. They charged me R2343 for causing additional corrosion damage to it and not repairing that machine (dead grinder). I tested the machine in store. The machine was still faulty. The alleged repair was carried out by Bedfordview Appliance Services appointed/contracted by @Home (Foschini Group).

Thanks to @Home I am without my coffee machine since October 2016. Today is 3 April 2017, almost 6 months later. @Home has only caused me extensive frustration, money in phone calls and store visits and additional damage to my machine. All this could have been prevented with a R95 water seal 6 months ago. Due to @Home's negligence my machine is not economically repairable anymore. I should be buying a new machine now at R9 995.

@Home also do not even respond to my written complaint submitted via email.

I expect a formal, professional response from the Foschini Group and reasonable corrective action. I have been a regular @Home customer and have a couple of Breville appliances from them. Thus, I expect to be treated as a customer and not a broom.
