Accounts enquiry

To whom it may concern, <br> <br> My mom in law passed away from cancer on 3 July 2015. I went into the store with her id, death certificate and month TFG statement. I asked what the steps were in order for me to freeze the account while her estate is being wound up? I was instructed to complete paper work and fax off to relevant department. I now get served with a breach if contract from a debt collector insisting that she settle the minimum installment!!! Kindly explain why this has happened and to top it off they are still charging her interest. <br> <br> I ask that you get in touch with me before I take legal action.<br> Regards<br> Tarryn
