<p>My account is paid up but still shows open on my credit report! I have phoned and emailed lots of times but still this account is not closed since April 2016</p>

Still no reply regarding this! If this is going to give me a bad credit report i will take this up further! Getvthis sorted out NOW! Its over a year and theres no change get your acts together and close this!!!!!
