account payments don't reflect

Ive had a foschini account since i was at varsity, in 2021 when I lost my job I couldn't pay it. Because i had just given birth and all just lost my job, this year (2023) I got a job and decided to pay all my account. I paid off Truworths and they closed my account, and so did rage. Today I went to check my balance at foschini where ive paid close to R3000, they told me none of my recent payments reflects on the system.only the ones from 2021, I need to bring proof that Ive paid. I lost all the receips because I had to move from home and I thought my payments were going throug. I need help,I already paid a lot of money and they are telling me there is nothing they can do.
