account PAYMENT RSVRSL
i had an account with foschini for several years but i stop the account and every time i was asking for a statement regarding the account and no one is coming back to me i even sent a message via facebook to them and still nothing
i had login on there account website and check my balance and the following message was on my statement PAYMENT RSVRSL -R914.38
When your account is in arrears the phone no stop but when your account shows RSVRL no body even try to phone you back or send a mail.
Please contact me this is urge because i need an explanation about my account
