Account paid up but still listed with a balance

My Foschini account was sold to DMC, I paid it up last year November. DMC gave me a paid up letter. Today when I checked transunion Foschini still has listed my account as owing and has a balance. I need this to be updated, it seems I was listed twice for the same account, by both Foschini and DMC, DMC has updated account as paid up on their side.
