Account overpaid
On the 8th of April 2016, i have settled outstanding balance on my account and i overpaid with R209.00. i phoned Foschini head office to reverse back the difference. the consultant told me to go to any branch with a proof of payment to get a cash refund. I went to Boulders Midrand Branch on Monday & the lady that has assisted me said i cant get a cash refund she can only email all document required to the head office for refund this will take 24 to 48 hours she gave me the numbers to follow up & i did follow up today the 15th April the lady that i spoke to again told me that my Balance is now R134.00 because they charged me interest. how can they charge interest on zero balance? to make it worse she cant help me with the refund. who can assist me to get my money back please?
