Account not updated 4 years after closing

I had a Foschini account which I closed in September of 2011. Last when I wanted to buy a house I was shocked to discover that it was still reflecting as in arrears on my credit profile. I contacted Foschini who assured me that everything will be fixed. Nothing was done and I wrote a complaint here and still they assured me that all will be sorted out. unfortunately I couldn't get approval from the banks then and now I'm in the process of buying a house again and the Foschini account it still there showing that its active and in arrears.<br> <br> I do not understand why I should suffer so long for something that was suppose to have been settled in 2011. Foschini's incompetency together with TGF is costing me emotionally and financially.<br> <br>
