ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED

woow , i still cant believe that foschini has not been able to update my ITC status even when i sent the paid up letter 3 times to their email adress [Email Removed] , i feel helpless now , i am very dissapoinited with their services , they kept on saying they will call me but instead i am the one who had to call them , my account was paid off in 2013 may , yet they cant see that my account has been paid , are they not able to find that information from Easton Berry collectors where they handed my account over . i am now thinking of going the legal route because Foschini doesnt care at all.
