Account not closed. payed up letter

I had a Foschini account that was handed over to Easton Berries due to me having defaulted on payments, I paid the last amount of R317.15 on the 20.08.2015 in Fourways branch. Im trying to apply for a house and I was told that I owe R317 Foschini. I called to get a payed up letter till to date I have not received it. This is really annoying me as I have paid them every cent. All I need is a payed up letter to be sent to my email as per request and them to clear my name at the ITC. Can one really be taken from pillar to post like this. I paid them. They must just send me the letter. This is truly annoying and inconveniencing my application for a house.
