<p>I have a Fochini account that I tied to use to buy a power bank on a sale item online. To my shock my available credit is R0 which I think is an error. now I might lose out on the sale item that I am in urgent need of.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd issue: I cancelled and order last week wednesday but the refund does not show yet hence I think it caused the 0 balance on my account</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
