Account in area's

My account its in area's with a huge amount because of insurances which was established without my knowledge I visited the store to cancel they did said I should only pay R85 then am settled asked them to cancel my account they said after you pay you'll be canceled in two weeks time they called saying I owe R400 or above they kept on calling til today the money its increasing please help
