Account handed over to mbdlc in 2006

I first received a call from MBDLC in March 2014 alleging that I have Markams account which is handed to them. I asked the agent when was the account handed, the agent said the system (computer) indicate Sep 2006. I then asked why did mbdlc waited for so long till 2014, the agent was unable to answer that. I then asked them to send me statement of the account, but they send demand letter of R797 x 2 amount. They failed to provide proof as requested I went to Markams they checked and found that my ID is not an account holder on the system. They then advised me to call the TFG legal department which I did they also could not trace any account under my name. They send an SMS 16 Feb 2015claiming that\ Mbd LC has notified XDS a registered credit bureau of your non payment call mbdlc on *** with ***"I don't have Mariam's or foshini account on my profile"
