Account fruad

I have an account with American Swiss and to my last recall is I settled this account last year, yet I seem to be accumulating a negative balance every month since last month.

This is worrying because I have not used the account since I settled it. The last time this happened I learner that a club magazine subscription was opened without my approval. I don't need the magazine and I never recieved nor have any use of it.

I need this resolved urgently as this is having a negative impact on my account even on my credit rating. The last time i wanted to close my account because of this and I was assured the matter would be resolved and it was, cause I stopped being billed for something I didn't ask for nor even recieve with my post.
