Account denied

<p>I owed Foschini 764.90 which they handed over to a company called DMC. I contacted the company and paid the outstanding amount not so long ago.</p> <p>I went to one of the Foschini store to open an account with them I was told they can no longer open an account for me.</p> <p>I have a letter which I received after paying the outstanding amount which DMC said I must present to Foschini if I still want to open another account. I did present that letter then I was denied the account.</p>
