Account Closed
I requested my TFG account be closed on 23 July 2015 at Markhams, The Glen, After paying the outstanding amount of R0.75. It was confirmed that the account was closed and closure letter was to be sent. After calling the call centre and sending an email, I was told that the account is active still will officially be closed on 12 July 2015. I dont quite understand TFG policy, regarding accounts as they kep referring me to the credit burea, and all I want is a closure letter. I have received such letters from Nedbank and Woolworths despite their billing dates. Please assist me
