Account Blocked "security reasons" Unblocking nightmare

Account was blocked due to me wanting to buy twice on the same day. Nobody phoned nobody informed me their is a lock on my account. After nice assistance from Menlyn Foschini a counter full of goods. I could not buy and the forensic lady was out of line and did her best to not pass me after my Id was with me and the shop assistant confirmed that it was me. Still blocked
